Ensuring that quality assurances are kept is a matter for the suppliers, to begin with. Our suppliers are carefully chosen and, as partners, form an intrinsic part of our value creation chain.
Incoming raw materials and packing materials are inspected on receipt of the goods to ensure they meet the quality standards.
In this way we ensure that only first-grade materials are used in further processing.
Production
Our manufacturing personnel are not only engaged in production, they pay attention to upholding our promise to the customer and conduct independent tests along with the realisation processes. They have appropriate methods at their disposal for this.
Our quality assurance team can come to the aid of production with further methods and instruments for special analyses that cannot be carried out within the scope of in-process controls.
Development
In order to provide our development with optimum support, our quality assurance laboratory is equipped with all the important instruments for product-specific analyses.
Our qualified personnel are continually optimising and extending the methods used so as to keep abreast of the best available technology.
