Production
How we produce
The customer and his various needs are central to our production strategy. This involves full production runs as well as small batch production on behalf of our customers, using the most up-to-date plant to guarantee a high degree of flexibility. We manufacture renowned detergents and cleaning agents, as well as spreads and fats, for the home and international markets. Packing is effected on site in paper-board containers, bottles, refill bags, sacks of different sizes and beakers. Our scope of supply and services also caters for special wishes such as multiple assortments, display pallets, free gifts for advertising and multiple packaging. We are certificated and committed to the standards set out in ISO 9001-2000 / EN 29001.
Environmental protection
Thanks to our modern installations, we achieve larger production figures with highly efficient methods, while at the same time using fewer resources and reducing emissions as well as waste materials. This helps to conserve the environment in a sustainable way. Unavoidable effluent is pretreated prior to being run into waste water treatment plants. Discharged air is cleansed by biofilters (specially adapted micro-organisms).
Working safety
Safety first! This is the basis for the trust which our staff and the public have in each other. We achieve a high level of safety, as every member of the staff bears responsibility for himself and his colleagues.
Plant safety
We evaluate the risks, elaborate a safety, health and environment concept and check its correct implementation for every new Mifa plant. Adherence to these steps is obligatory.
Prevention of hazards
We are well prepared to deal with faults and breakdowns. Our management safety concept is exemplary and is being continually tested and improved - together with our external partners, too.
